Why couldn't Umaru just be herself around other people rather than pretending to be a perfect girl while at school?

I'm on Volume 1 and 2 on the manga.

I'm mostly a manga reader and don't really watch a lot of anime.

I like reading graphic novels, manga and novels.

The manga that I am reading are Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun, The promised neverland, Himouto! Umaru-Chan, Komi can't communicate, that time I got reincarnated as a slime, Hunter x Hunter, Blue period and Assassination classroom. The Manga that I finished is Danganronpa ultra despair girls. (Yes, I finish only one...)

I hate to bug anyone like this, but does anyone know which episode this picture is from? Because that Rod thing looks a bit like Cure Beat’s Love guitar Rod (in what we’ll call its axe mode for simplicity’s sake.)

As you can probably see, both items have a silver wing element, a heart-like design for the main body and oh yeah, even the smaller heart designs on the top are similar to each other.

I wonder if theres any ships in umaru-chan (anime) like any rare ship.

She is very nice, a very loyal person and definetly a great person. The only thing that makes me really upset is that she's too shy. She really gets a lot of dialogue. In the manga she has more, but the anime has just 4 to 20 lines each episode. That's just too little. But beyond that, she's part of the best arcs i've seen in Umaru-Chan. I'l give her a 8/10
